Active ingredient: Tretinoin 0.025% or 0.05%. Tretinoin is the active metabolite of vitamin A that binds to nuclear receptors to regulate gene expression. It accelerates epidermal turnover, reduces cohesiveness of follicular epithelial cells, and stimulates collagen production in the dermis.

Apply once daily at bedtime to clean, completely dry skin. Use pea-sized amount for entire face. Begin with 0.025% concentration for sensitive skin. Allow skin to dry 20-30 minutes before application. Expect purging phase (increased breakouts) in weeks 2-6. Improvement visible after 12+ weeks. Must use daily SPF as tretinoin causes photosensitivity.

Moderate to severe acne vulgaris, comedonal acne, photoaging, fine lines and wrinkles, rough skin texture, hyperpigmentation, actinic keratosis prevention. Considered the most effective topical treatment for both acne and anti-aging.

CONTRAINDICATED during pregnancy (Category C/X - teratogenic). Avoid if planning pregnancy or breastfeeding. Common side effects: dryness, peeling, redness, photosensitivity. Start slowly to minimize irritation. Do not use with benzoyl peroxide simultaneously (apply BP in morning, tretinoin at night). Avoid waxing, chemical peels, or abrasive treatments. Requires 3-6 months for full results.
