Active ingredients: Onion extract (Allium cepa) 10% inhibits excessive fibroblast proliferation; Heparin sodium 5000 IU/100g improves tissue hydration and prevents excessive collagen formation; Allantoin promotes cell regeneration and wound healing. This triple-action formula softens, smooths, and flattens raised scars.

Gently massage a thin layer into scarred area 2-3 times daily for minimum 3-6 months. For older scars, treatment may require 6-12 months. Best results on scars less than 1 year old. Can be used under occlusive dressing overnight for enhanced penetration. Continue until scar tissue becomes soft and skin color normalizes.

Hypertrophic scars, keloid scars, contracture scars from burns, surgery scars, cesarean scars, injury scars, acne scars (particularly ice-pick and rolling scars), stretch marks (striae). Most effective on fresh scars but can improve older scars with prolonged use.
