ACNELYSE

Active ingredient: Adapalene 0.1%. Adapalene is a third-generation retinoid that modulates cellular differentiation and keratinization. It normalizes follicular epithelial desquamation, preventing microcomedone formation. The molecule binds to specific nuclear retinoic acid receptors, reducing inflammatory mediators and preventing clogged pores.

Cleanse face with mild soap and pat dry completely. Apply a thin layer (pea-sized amount for entire face) to affected areas once daily in the evening. Avoid eyes, lips, and mucous membranes. Use sunscreen during daytime as retinoids increase photosensitivity. Start with every other night for the first week to assess tolerance. Full benefits appear after 8-12 weeks of consistent use.

Treatment of acne vulgaris, particularly comedonal acne (blackheads and whiteheads). Effective for mild to moderate inflammatory acne, post-acne hyperpigmentation, and prevention of new acne lesions. Suitable for oily and combination skin types.

Avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding. May cause initial dryness, redness, and peeling (retinization phase). Do not wax treated areas. Minimize sun exposure and use SPF 30+ daily.
